Get ready for a celebration! Our family reunion planning is underway. We can’t wait to get together and share with you.

This reunion is planned to reconnect all the first cousins of the children of Charlie and Delia Williams. At this date, all the children of Papa Charlie and Moma Delia have passed away, and we are now the seniors and elders of the family. Next up are our ‘first cousins once removed’. These are our children and the children of our first cousins. As many of our first cousins are also no longer with us, I have truly enjoyed the relationship I have with some of their children. It is time for us to invite our children to come together and share the heritage born from the union of Charlie Williams and Delia Kendrick of Clanton, Alabama.

We are pleased to extend an invitation to participate in a cherished tradition. We would be honored by your presence at our family reunion, where we anticipate a weekend filled with joy, camaraderie, and lasting memories.

Gatlinburg is a mountain resort city in Tennessee, located at the border of Great Smoky Mountains National Park. It’s a popular tourist destination known for its outdoor recreation, attractions like the Gatlinburg SkyPark and Ripley’s attractions, unique shops, and seasonal festivals. Visitors can enjoy scenic views, hiking, shopping, dining, and a variety of family-friendly activities.

Please complete this form by October 15th, so that we can formalize a group rate with the hotel. For your personal budget I would assume a rate of $$250 per night. We will persue a group rate under $200.

There will be a “meet and great” Friday evening and a catered dinner Saturday. The cost for these 2 events will be approx $80 per person. This is an estimate, once we have an idea on the estmated number of particpants we can formalize the cost.
