Check-In & Welcome Bags

Arrive at Kalahari, check into your rooms, and pick up your family reunion welcome packet in the main lobby.

Safari Club. Light appetizers provided. Ice breakers, family tree display, and photo booth. Cash bar available.

Zambezi Room. Teams or solo play welcome! Brush up on your family trivia. Prizes for 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place.

Family Dinner Banquet
6:30 PM – 9:30 PM
Kalahari Convention Center. Semi-formal attire. Dinner, family awards, slideshow, and a special tribute to our elders. Photography session available.

Farewell Brunch
9:00 AM – 11:00 AM
Ivory Coast Restaurant. Share hugs and promises to keep in touch until next time. Check-out is at 11 AM.
