We’ve officially established our non-profit, Charlie Delia Williams Family Inc.!
We’ve decided on a plan for renting the cabin:

Since the cabin deposit is non-refundable, the group has decided to collect the entire fee from everyone before making the deposit to the cabin rental company. This ensures no one will lose money or be required to pay more if someone changes their mind or is unable to pay for their share.
Once all the money is collected, we’ll confirm verbally and in writing before placing the deposit with the rental company. All deposits are fully refundable until the payment is made to the rental company; no refunds will be available afterward.
Given the no-refund policy, the entire cabin rental fee must be paid by everyone before we sign the rental agreement. We’re requesting a $100 deposit by April 20th. This initial deposit will help us select the cabin(s) best suited to accommodate our family. The rooms can accommodate one to four people. Please let us know the number of rooms you’ll need and how many people will be in each room so we can assign you to the proper type of room.
For instance, the 4-person rooms typically have one king/queen bed and one futon. Please confirm if your party will be comfortable with this arrangement or if you require more rooms.
